Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our online shop and add any bouquets or gifts to your basket. When you are ready, select ‘Checkout’ and enter the details needed to complete your order.
We accept debit and credit card payments. If you are ordering from outside the UK, your bank or card provider will convert the payment to your own currency.
We accept most major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Clearpay and Klarna. You may also order and pay over the telephone.
Orders cancelled online or by phone are subject to a cancellation fee.
Order confirmation indicates that your order has been received, not accepted. A contract is formed only when payment has been processed and the order accepted. This protects us in case of pricing errors, under-pricing or where a product becomes unavailable. If there is a pricing change, we will contact you to confirm the revised amount before proceeding.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Saturday can be delivered the same day if required. Orders scheduled for a specific date will be delivered on that date, providing they were placed before the cut-off time. Orders placed for a public holiday will be delivered the next working day. We deliver within the UK only.
No timed deliveries are available, except for funeral tributes and weddings.
Please telephone us if you require an emergency order or if you need specific flowers. For specific requests, we recommend calling at least 24 hours in advance.
Orders are delivered once. If the recipient is not at home, flowers will be returned to the shop and a card will be left asking them to collect. If a neighbour agrees to take the delivery, we will leave it with them. If the recipient is unable to collect in person, a new delivery time will be arranged at our earliest convenience.
Flowers by Lesley Strachan cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to flowers left unattended at the customer's request. We take great care in ensuring freshness and quality at all times.
All orders include 20% VAT.
When you place an order online, your card details are encrypted using 256-bit security and are never stored in clear text.

Refunds and Returns Policy
Refunds may be offered at the discretion of the management. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, any concerns should be reported within one working day of delivery. We aim to resolve all issues fairly, either by offering a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the complaint.
